Teslia Iurii Mykolayovych, dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology, certified project manager of level “A” of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
Worked in the management of the construction of the South-Ukrainian NPP, Cherkasy State Technological University, Cherkasy National University named after Bogdan Khmelnytsky, Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
In the student years he became a winner of the Republican and All-Union Programming Olympiads. He headed the development and implementation of project management systems in different organizations: the management of the construction of the South-Ukrainian NPP, the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, “Carbon” Ltd., “ICD Investments” Ltd., and “Business Real Estate” Ltd. He was trained in professional project management at the World Bank Institute of Economic Development (USA).
Candidate and doctoral theses are devoted to the development of information systems and technologies for management of complex national economic projects. The author of Theory of non-strength interaction and more than 200 scientific works. Has trained 2 doctors and more than 20 candidates of sciences.
He is the first who introduced the concept and developed the theoretical foundations of matrix information technologies, which have been successfully applied in domestic and international practice of managing enterprises and projects.
