Born November 24, 1974 in Chernivtsi.
In 1998 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Chernivtsi State University named after Yuriy Fedkovych, specializing in “Radio Engineering”, and received a qualification as a “Radio Engineer”.
In 2011 he graduated from Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics in the specialty “Software of Automated Systems” and received a qualification as “Programmer Engineer”.
In 1998-2001 he studied at postgraduate studies at the Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych, which he successfully graduated from in 2001, having defended his thesis for obtaining a scientific degree of a candidate of technical sciences.
From 2001 to 2006 he worked as assistant and associate professor at the Faculty of Physics of Chernivtsi National University named after Yuri Fedkovich.
From 2006 till 2016 he worked as assistant professor, head of the department, director of the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at the Higher Educational Institution “University of Economics and Law “KROK””.
His scientific interests are tools and technologies for the development of information systems for controlling technological processes and objects of various physical nature.
He is the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific and teaching works.
From 2016 he is a member of the Scientific-methodical Сommission № 8 on information technologies, automation and telecommunications of the Scientific-methodical council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
